Our longest driving day so far. We left Dubbo around 8.30am in cloudy and cool conditions stopping at Dunedoo to view some silo art and metal bird sculptures. Our coffee stop was in the town of Merriwa and lunch at Jerry Plains. We have arrived at our next stop Myall Shores. This is a more remote Tourist Park, located in the Myall Lakes National Park but it is absolutely stunning and well worth driving the rough 5kms. of gravel road, into the park . Located on the shores of Myall Lakes we have a magnificent water views. The weather has improved with clear skies and we are looking forward to our 3 night stay here.
