We had an easy drive from Lake Cullulleraine to Hay, stopping at Euston for coffee and Balranald for lunch. After settling in to our site at Hay we drove into town. I was impressed with the beautiful old buildings in the main street so of course I asked Rob to drop me off so I could go for a walk. While do this, Rob made some phone calls and did other bits and pieces checking things out on his phone. Many of the buildings had information plaques on them describing the history of them. I was extremely impressed with the wonderful Courthouse which was not only was a stunning building but was surrounded by lovely gardens.
